Wood Flooring Maintenance

Several options are available to keep wood flooring in peak performing condition. Sand & Refinishing

If your wood floors are tired and could use a pick-me-up, allow our finishing team to help you recreate your space! By sanding and refinishing your wood, you can change the color, thus giving your home the update it deserves. Minimum job charges may apply. 

Screening & Recoating

If your floor cannot be sanded, a “screen and coat” may be an option to pick up the brilliance of your wood and eliminate surface scratches. Minimum job charge may apply.

Proper maintenance of your oil-finished wood floor is imperative to protect your investment, helping your floors to age gracefully for years to come. For products with oil finishes, wood floor oiling can also help rejuvenate your wood floors with minimal invasiveness. Minimum job
